Ministry may improve macroeconomic forecast indicators in Apr
MOSCOW, Feb 14 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Economic Development Ministry may improve a number of indicators compared to September 2022 figures in an updated macroeconomic forecast, which will be sent to the government in April, a spokesperson for the ministry said on Tuesday.
“When preparing the document, we will take into account the positive results of 2022, achieved through the implementation of the plan of priority actions in the context of sanctions. We do not rule out that a number of indicators of the current September 2022 forecast may be revised for the better,” the person said.
The main factors of economic recovery will be consumer demand and high investment activity, the person added.
